1. General

This Disclaimer is issued by AstroVed.com Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us" or "our") and applies to every visitor and User of Suited by AstroVed (the "Platform" or the "Service"). It should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, of which it forms part. By using the Service, the User acknowledges and accepts the matters set out below.

2. Nature of the service

The Service offers Vedic astrology and Kundli-matching guidance, comprising an Ashtakoot Guna Milan score, Mangal (Manglik) and Nadi dosha checks, birth charts, dasha timelines and remedy suggestions, intended for guidance, self-reflection, and cultural or spiritual insight. It is generated using traditional Vedic astrological methods together with automated analysis and third-party processing services, and is offered in that spirit rather than as a scientific, medical or clinical assessment.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing provided through the Service is, or should be treated as, medical, legal, financial, psychological or relationship-counselling advice. Guidance generated by the Service is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, therapist or counsellor, and any health, legal, financial or relationship decision should be made with the assistance of an appropriately qualified professional.

4. No guarantee of outcomes or accuracy

Astrological interpretation is inherently subjective. Different practitioners reviewing the same chart may reasonably reach different conclusions, and the Company does not represent that any score, dosha finding or interpretation generated through the Service is objectively correct or universally agreed upon. Results also depend directly on the accuracy of the birth details submitted by the User; an incorrect date, time or place of birth will produce an inaccurate chart and unreliable results, and the Company accepts no responsibility for inaccuracy arising from incorrect data supplied by a User.

5. User responsibility and assumption of risk

Decisions about marriage and relationships are personal and consequential, and remain solely and entirely the responsibility of the User. The Service is a tool to support reflection and conversation, not a decision-maker, and the User assumes all risk associated with reliance on any output of the Service. A User should weigh a report against the User's own judgement, the views of trusted individuals, and, where appropriate, professional advice, before acting on it.

6. Third-party consultations

AstroVed separately makes available optional paid consultations with human astrologers. Such consultations are booked and conducted independently of the automated reports generated through the Service, are governed by their own booking terms, and are not required in order to use the Service.

7. Limitation of liability and no reliance

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company accepts no liability for any action taken, or not taken, in reliance on any interpretation, score, chart, remedy suggestion or chat response provided through the Service. This clause applies in addition to, and does not limit, the limitation of liability set out in the Terms and Conditions.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, accuracy or practices of any such third-party website or service, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Governing law and contact
