3. Our response-time commitment
The Company aims to acknowledge every support request within one business day, and to resolve most requests, including refund and grievance requests, within a few business days. Where resolution of a request depends on Razorpay's own processing timelines, such as returning funds for a failed or duplicate payment, the Company will inform the User of the expected timeline.
